  • How do I convert the EU/UK shoe/item size?

  • How do I place an order?

On the item page simply select the size and quantity then add to basket. Simply follow the instructions to process the transaction.

  • Can I order on the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot process orders over the phone.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal as well as VISA, Maestro and MasterCard.

 

 

Shipping

  • How long will it take to get my order?

We send our deliveries via Royal Mail. You can check their delivery times here: 

  • 1st Class mail: aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day, including Saturdays, after posting, we are unable to provide a guaranteed service.
  • 2nd Class mail: delivered in two to three working days. We aim to deliver 98% of 2nd Class items within three working days of posting.

The exact day depends on how long it takes Royal Mail to deliver the item(s). If you are not in for the delivery then they will leave a card with a phone number to arrange another day for delivery and you have 3 weeks to collect the item.

 

  • Can I get a tracking number with my delivery?

If you select to use UK Special Delivery post then you will be given a tracking number. Guaranteed delivery the next working day as long as item is ordered before 2pm on a weekday.

 

  • Did you ship internationally?

Yes we do, but only within Europe. Orders should be received within 21 days outside of the UK.

 

  • How much is postage and packaging to my country?

  • I want to change my order but it has already been sent

You're welcome to refuse delivery and they will be returned to us for free for a full refund. Alternatively, if you did accept delivery you can cross out your address, write 'Return to Sender' on the front and hand them in at any post office. 

 

  • Where is my item?

Occasionally, Royal Mail are unable to deliver the item and leave it at your local delivery office - they can be contacted by calling 08457 740740. If this doesn't arrive over the next week please send us another message and we'll post a replacement via recorded post or send a full refund if we're out of stock.

 

 

Returns

 

  • How do I return something?

To return an item simply print off and fill in the Returns Form you received along with your order.

Then send to item(s) to:-

FYFO/Miss Shoes, 164 Hellesdon Park Ind Est., Norwich, Norfolk NR6 5DR. 

We will then send the replacement size (or full refund) when we receive the item(s) back.

*Items must be returned in the condition they were received. When returning an item we would appreciate it if tags are not removed from the item and the box is not taped up.*

  • I haven’t received my refund

Before any refunds are issued we have to have received the item(s) back to our warehouse. When this is done the money should go back to where it originally came from so if the money was already in your PayPal account when you paid them it will be returned there. However, if you paid using a credit/debit card it will be refunded to that. Please feel free to log in to PayPal and see if the money is there and if you click on the transaction it may give you more details. If you still can't find it please contact PayPal and they should be able to tell you.

 

  • What is your Returns Policy?

Items can be returned for any reason within 60 days for your choice of a replacement size or a full refund. We normally process a returned item by giving a refund or sending a replacement within 7 days of receiving it back. Very rarely, items are lost in the post. Again, we will arrange for a suitable replacement to be sent but ask you first to wait two weeks from the date of payment to be certain the original pair was in fact lost.

Our 60 day return policy offered does not affect the statutory right to cancel orders placed.
